31 weeks pregnant...relationship troubles..?

I'm 31 weeks pregnant more and more i feel my partner is unengaged in the pregnancy. failing to be attached to our baby to be. I feel as if he should be absolutely in love with this pregnancy it was planned and sought after out of love.He doesn't get excited seeing the baby items that were purchased or interested in how I'm feeling too much. I went into pre-labor 3 times and he said i was over exaggerating everything lol despite all the contractions needles iv magnesium penicillin burning my veins and making me feel horrible.. 2cm dialated 70 effaced. Don't get me wrong if i need my back rubbed,cravings,hospital visits he is right there for me. Ive discussed some things but my feelings are still the same is it those damn pregnancy hormones of mine or is it him
