New diet, and digesting things way faster than normal?

I just started a new diet on tuesday...its called body by vi 90 day challenge. It has like 30% of everything, like vitamin a, vitamin c, calcium, vitamin d, e, k, magnesium, etc. Pretty much the stuff that I never get enough of usually. And I also started taking green tea supplements yesterday. I was wondering, is it the reason for my body digesting my food faster than usual? And is it bad?
