The new Galaxy tab 10.1?

I have heard plenty of rumors about the newest Galaxy tab, but there is one I haven't been able to confirm. Does the newest model have the cell phone capabilities? I know that the first models could make calls using bluetooth, but only in europe. Did samsung finally release it the same way here in america?
